ON Semiconductor NTNS0K8N021Z Small Signal MOSFETs are designed for extremely space-constrained applications with low-profile XDFN3 ultra-small package. These MOSFETs feature 1.5V gate drive voltage (-1.5V for p-channel) ±8V gate-to-source voltage (VGS) and 20V drain-to-source voltage (VDSS). The NTNS0K8N021Z small signal MOSFETs are Pb-free Halogen-free/BFR free and RoHS compliant.
