Apacer Technology Inc. PCIe Gen3 NAS Solid State Drives (SSDs) feature 3D TLC NAND flash NVMe 1.3 compliant and compatible with PCIe Gen3 x4 interface. These SSDs feature flash bad-block management S.M.A.R.T. power failure management and TRIM. The gen3 NAS SSDs include the M.2 2280-S2-M form factor and 75-pin M.2 module pinout connector type. These SSDs operate at 0°C to 70°C temperature range and 3.3V ± 5% supply voltage. The PCIe NAS SSDs function at 3680mW active mode power consumption and 70mW idle mode power consumption.
