Introduction

This industrial-grade background suppression photoelectric sensor offers an adjustable detection range of 30–120mm (varies under operational conditions). Detection distance can be calibrated via a rotary knob, with a rapid response time of 1ms for stable performance. Constructed from ABS material, the sensor is environmentally friendly, durable, and immune to color and background interference. Minimal sensitivity to surface roughness ensures reliable detection. Integrated reverse polarity protection, over current protection, and over voltage protection enhance operational safety.

The module operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 55°C (non-freezing) and humidity levels of 35%–85% RH (non-condensing). Typical applications include SMT pick-and-place machines, packaging material inspection, security systems, and industrial automation control.

User Manual

Operation (Detection Range Adjustment)

Factory Default: Pre-set to 30mm detection range. Green LED remains steady; Red LED activates upon detection.

Adjustment: After securing the sensor, align it with the target object. Turn the knob clockwise until the indicator switches from green to red to set the optimal detection range.

Light-On/Dark-On Mode Switch: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release when the LED color changes to confirm mode switching.

Note: For voltage measurement during installation or maintenance, connect a 1kΩ resistor between the brown (BROWN) and black (BLACK) wires. The output signal can then be measured between the blue (BLUE) and black (BLACK) wires.
