The passive test probes provide 1:1 10:1 20:1 and 100:1 attenuation ratios with auto probe ID readout and a wide compensation range for a variety of scope inputs. They offer a small 2.5mm probe tip 35MHz to 1.5GHz bandwidth range 400VAC maximum input rating. These probes have various probe tip accessories.
