About JAKA Zu 12s
- The JAKA Zu 12s is the largest among the Zu S series and has a substantial working radius of 1327 mm. With its 6 joints, it offers complete freedom of movement and can manage a payload of 12 kg. Equipped with an industrial force sensor, it’s ideal for applications demanding high force control, such as precision assembly, scaling, and intricate surface polishing.
- The force control module allows instant adjustments to the contact force threshold. If any force surpasses the preset security value or maximum contact force threshold, the cobot stops applying additional force. This is used to maximize safety in cases of collision, and precision in cases of application.
- The JAKA Zu 12s can be mounted without requiring safety fences. With its six joints providing high maneuverability, it can be installed at any angle.
