9g 270° Miniature Servo (1.2 Kg·cm)
The 9G micro servo is a cost-effective actuator developed specifically for lightweight electromechanical projects. Its core drive unit utilizes a high-efficiency DC brushed motor, combined with a high-precision analog potentiometer for closed-loop position feedback, and supports standard PWM communication protocols. Within a pulse width range of 500μs to 2500μs, it can accurately achieve wide-angle motion control up to 270°.
In terms of transmission and mechanical structure design, high-strength POM plastic gear sets are selected. This design not only significantly reduces the overall weight to 11.2g but also gives the product excellent quiet operation, with operating noise strictly controlled within 60±5dB. With a standard 20T (Φ1.9mm) servo disc spline output, the servo can smoothly output a stall torque of 1.3 to 1.7 kgf-cm under operating voltages of 4.8V to 6.0V, with a no-load response speed as fast as 0.09~0.1 sec/60°.
Simultaneously, the internal gear backlash is ≤1°, greatly reducing mechanical backlash during reverse movement and ensuring smooth, vibration-free operation. The overall exterior features a miniature plastic housing with IP42 basic protection, enabling stable operation in a wide temperature range from -10℃ to 50℃.
Designed for durability with a lifespan exceeding 100,000 load cycles, this servo motor demonstrates superior long-lasting power and cost control advantages in STEAM education kit development, R/C remote control models, and smart home micro-drive applications.
