This is a mouse. But, hark, 'tis no lowly generic mouse. It's the Official Raspberry Pi Mouse version 2
It's optical for good resolution and precision, has three buttons, and has a sturdy USB connector. The track wheel has a good spin and click action. The right and left clicks also make a nice, satisfying sound, which we always enjoy. It's small but not too small, yet big enough to fit comfortably in your hand.
