This TEMT6000 is a small ambient light sensor that acts as an NPN transistor. Basically the more the sensor is exposed to light the stronger the base bias. It is sensitive to visible light similar to the human eye and peaks at 570nm.Simple to use! This sensor also comes on a simple 3-pin breakout board!
