ON Semiconductor LC06511F Battery Protection ICs are protection ICs for single-cell lithium-ion or lithium-polymer batteries. These ICs provide highly accurate over-charge over-discharge and over-current protection. The LC06511F ICs detect the current by high precision external chip resistor that realizes the accurate current detection over temperature. Typical applications include smartphones tablets and wearable devices.
