Built-in Bluetooth avoids time-consuming configuration works to bring no code experience to individuals with less or no technical background to quickly get started with weather detection.
Powerful SenseCAP Mate App: data visualization and remote device management Compatibility with Multiple Networks and Platforms: easily integrates with existing worldwide LoRaWAN networks How to Select Gateway:LoRaWAN network coverage is required when using sensors, there are two LoRaWAN network options.
Option 1: Sensors work in areas covered by Helium Network (Check on Helium Explorer).
Option 2: Sensors work in a standard LoRaWAN network, like The Things Network, Loriot, Chirpstack, etc (Check out the SenseCAP Gateway series).
We highly recommend that you use our SenseCAP M2 Multi-Platform LoRaWAN Gateway, which is a standard LoRaWAN® gateway that supports connection to different network servers. With its affordable price of $99, its cost-effectiveness becomes a standout advantage, especially when building your private LoRaWAN network.
Application- Backyard and Garden: Measure air temperature and humidity, Rainfall Intensity, UV index, etc. in the backyard and garden to protect your family.
- Smart Agriculture: Enable farmers to obtain climate data and information in time, take scientific management measures into production, and improve agricultural production capacity and level.
- Meteorology: Support applications in the professional meteorological field, for example, timely reflect the changes of various abnormal meteorological conditions in the field of traffic and transportation to provide real-time scientific basis data for traffic management departments.
- Urban Weather: Provide real-time data for urban squares, parks, scenic spots, golf courses, and other urban areas.

|
Maintenance Guide |
Replace every 6 months or upon remote low-battery alert |
Replace every 12 months or upon remote low-battery alert |
|
Replacement Notice |
When bringing stations from sub-zero environments into heated spaces for maintenance, allow the entire unit to reach room temperature and confirm zero condensation on internal surfaces before opening the battery compartment. Moisture on terminals causes corrosion and potential short circuits. |
|
Note: As a commercial-grade weather station, the S2120 may experience accelerated aging of its internal sensors and batteries under certain extreme weather conditions (extremely high or low temperatures) and deployment environments (high salinity and humidity), which can cause the device to malfunction. Please select the appropriate battery type based on the actual temperature of the deployment environment.
LoRaWAN FrequencyNote: No Frequency limitation. Weather stations can be switched to other frequency plans at any time.
S2120 is manufactured to support the universal frequency plan from 863MHz ~928MHz in one SKU. That is to say, it can support the frequency plans below:
