This adapter works on either end of the Glideforce industrial-duty (ID) linear actuators.

A sleeve piece is included (visible set in the hole in the right picture above) to provide a better fit when using this on the back of the linear actuator, as shown below:

When using this on the extension rod of the linear actuator, which has a wider diameter, the sleeve should be removed:
